Finish carpentry is the part of a remodel you see every day. Tight miters, consistent reveals, scribed cuts against out-of-plumb walls in older homes, and joints that stay closed through a dry winter.
Built-ins are where a room stops looking generic: a bench in an entry, shelving around a fireplace, a window seat with storage, a closet that actually fits what goes in it. We build to the space rather than trimming a stock cabinet to fit.
We also install cabinetry ordered elsewhere and make wood repairs — rotted trim, damaged jambs, loose stair parts, and railing work.

Common Questions
- Can you match existing trim profiles?
- Usually. Many profiles are still stocked, and where they are not, a millwork shop can knife a match. In older homes we will show you the closest available option before ordering.
- Do you build custom or install pre-made?
- Both. Custom built-ins are fabricated for the opening; ordered cabinetry we install, level, and trim out.
- Do you paint or stain the trim?
- Yes, and it is quoted as its own line. Pre-finishing before installation gives a cleaner result on painted trim.
- Is carpentry available as a standalone job?
- Yes. You do not need a remodel underway to have trim replaced or a built-in made.
