Flat and low-slope roofs are everywhere in New Mexico, and they fail differently than pitched roofs: ponding water, failed seams, cracked parapet caps, and scuppers that no longer drain. We inspect the whole assembly rather than caulking the nearest suspicious spot.
A leak rarely appears where the water gets in. Water travels along decking and framing before it shows on a ceiling, so we trace it back to the entry point and fix that, then repair the interior damage as part of the same job.
When replacement is the right call, we tell you what system we are recommending and why — shingle, membrane, or coating — and what it should realistically last. When a repair will buy you years, we say that too.

- Do you do the roofing yourselves?
- Roofing runs as a coordinated scope under our contract with licensed roofing crews. You still get one estimate, one schedule, and one company answering for the result.
- Repair or replace?
- Depends on age, how widespread the failure is, and whether the deck is sound. An isolated failure on a roof with life left is a repair. Widespread cracking, saturated insulation, or a roof past its service life is a replacement.
- Can you handle an insurance claim roof?
- We can work alongside your adjuster, document conditions, and scope the repair to match. We do not promise outcomes on claims and we do not write the claim for you.
- How long does a residential roof take?
- Most single-family replacements are a few days of work, weather permitting. Monsoon season affects scheduling, and we will not open a roof we cannot dry in.
