Common Questions
- Insert or full-frame window replacement?
- Inserts are faster and cheaper and work when the existing frame is sound. If the frame is rotted or the flashing failed, full-frame is the honest answer — otherwise you are sealing a problem inside the wall.
- Will new windows lower my bills?
- Some. They help most where you have single-pane or failed insulated glass on sun-exposed elevations. We will not claim a payback number we cannot support.
- Can you widen a doorway?
- Yes, including for accessibility. If the wall carries load, it needs a header sized for the new span and a permit, which we handle.
- Do you replace just one door?
- Yes. Single-door and single-window jobs get the same written estimate as anything else.
